Description
YOU’RE GOING TO
• Offer organizational and informational support to managers, including managing financial expenses, handling mail, managing calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements.
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Manage paperwork throughout the project lifecycle, including working with contracts, invoices, closing documents, translations, proofreading, formatting, and more.
• Handle information by collecting, storing, and processing data.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of newly hired clerks and secretaries.
• Provided support with receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, sending emails, and addressing employee inquiries.
IT’S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fluency in the Russian language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping and filing.
• Ability to work independently.
