Summary

Holocaust Community Services (HCS) is currently offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated social services professional to work directly with Holocaust Survivors providing financial assistance, case management, and socialization opportunities. As a Care Manager, you will support your survivor clients to maintain independence and dignity as they age, learn and promote awareness about the experiences they endured during the Holocaust, and help address the needs they have today as a result of those experiences. Through this important work, you will gain knowledge and skills in person-centered, trauma-informed (PCTI) care, and you will make a meaningful contribution to the lives of this special population.

At HCS, you will join a team of approximately 25 talented professionals who strive to provide an affirming and supportive culture in which everyone can grow and thrive. You will receive group and individual supervision weekly to enhance your skills and support professional growth and self-care. In addition, we provide ongoing professional education as well as reimbursement for CEUs and certifications.

HCS is currently providing both in person and remote services, and you will have flexibility to determine your schedule with a mix of remote and office-based days. HCS offers a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits package including affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off including vacation, sick days, and Jewish Holidays.

Please note – only applicants bilingual in English and Russian will be considered.
