Full Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
The role of Navigator is to be the front-line support for Personal Touch patients and caregivers. Provide preliminary assessment that streamline the resolution process geared to enhance customer satisfaction.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
- Responds to inbound calls in a timely and friendly (courteous/personable) manner.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Transfers calls to the appropriate department, when necessary.
- Answers patient and caregiver questions, escalates when necessary.
- Communicates interdepartmentally to resolve patient or caregiver issues.
- De-escalates situations involving dissatisfied patients and caregivers, offering patient assistance and support.
- Documents all call details and outcomes appropriately.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Ability to communicate fluently in Russian.

Qualifications:
- Is at least eighteen years of age.
- Minimum of high school education or a General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Bilingual-Russian
Functional Abilities:
- Able to perceive and follow written instructions and document information accurately.
- Able to perceive, convey, relay and clearly exchange and communicate information verbally, over the phone, etc.
- Able to document information on software portal.
- Able to verify accuracy of written materials, documents, log in and clearly communicate information.
- Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. to be able to perform the above-listed responsibilities.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Pay: $17.50 – $18.50 per hour
