VillageCareMAX is looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Enrollment department as the Intake Representative. This role will provide support to prospective members interested in enrolling into VillageCareMAX MLTC, MAP and DSNP products.

Some of your responsibilities will include answering incoming phone calls, client inquiries, promoting company products, verifying demographics, eligibility info and scheduling nurse visits. Promote and foster an ongoing communication between referrals and VillageCare. This position is responsible to provide Medicaid verification, update of enrollment system all while assisting and maintaining the Business Development Manager’s relationships with all referral sources.

We would like to speak to those who have 2-3 years healthcare and/or customer services experience. Bilingual – Fluency in one of the following languages required: Cantonese/Mandarin/Bengali/Russian.
