Recruiter

Job Description:

Aesthetemed is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for all positions in the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a dynamic team environment, and will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. This position will also be responsible for managing the hiring process from start to finish, including the interviewing, selection, and hiring process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment plans for growth and new product development.

Essential Duties:
·Developing and implementing recruitment plans for growth and new product development.
·Interviewing, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates.
·Review job offers to ensure they are consistent with company guidelines and compensation expectations.
·Effectively manage candidate expectations by communicating salary expectations to candidates.
·Conducting interviews via phone, Skype, Zoom, or by phone
·Maintaining a positive relationship with candidates by helping them find jobs that match their needs.
·Assisting with the recruitment process from start to finish, including interviewing, selection, and hiring processes.
·Maintaining a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.
·Maintaining a good understanding of our current job openings within our organization.
·Other duties as assigned.

Education:
·Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
·Must possess excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work well with others in a team environment; must be able to deal with stress in a positive manner; must be able to work well under pressure; must be able to prioritize tasks according to deadlines; must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to organize information; possess strong organizational skills; possesses problem solving abilities; has an entrepreneurial attitude; is self-motivated with the desire to perform well in a high-pressure environment; is an excellent team player who works well under pressure; is flexible with busy schedule ; is comfortable with technology (computer tablets/smart phones); has knowledge of recruiting tools (Zoom, LinkedIn, etc.)
